On Culture and Language (Dr. Anna Sekhar)

1.
That language you speak,
Those words of that language;
The upbringing that decides those words;
That love which moulds upbringing;
The strictness which speaks about love;
The discipline that is a part of strictness,
All culminate to form the real you.
You are the what and how of your surrounds.

2.
When you are harsh in words,
When you are unjust in deeds,
When you are unfair in doings,
When you are partial in behaviour,
And you believe you are loving,
You claim your liberty and rights;
The other has already calibrated
You and your upbringing; beware!.

3.
Whether you are cultured or not,
Whether you are civilised or not,
Whether you are worth knowing or not,
Whether your company is worth or not,
Whether you are worth an inclusion or not,
depends entirely on the way you
Speak, behave, act in front of a crowd.
If you do not fit the crowd, you are better off to be kept at bay.

4.
When you see more of what
you have not enjoyed, you yearn more;
When you have more of what you
have not had before, you want more;
When you get more  of what you
Have not enjoyed in the past,
You long for more and more.
Man's avarice, materialism stems
From their upbringing and attitude.

5.
The kind of language that one talks,
The kind of words in a sentence,
The kind of harshness in speech,
The kind of sarcasm in words,
The kind of power in actions, or,
The kind of warmth in tone,
The kind of care in behaviour,
The kind of understanding in doings
Shows you as a person!

6.
When you think words influence,
When you think your actions speak,
When you think your tacts play,
When you think your silence kills,
When you think you power wins,
Remember the other person is
Not feeble, not debilitated;
You are showing your power and
feeding power for the other too.
